Ingredients
1 pound
Radishes (halved, with stems & ends removed)
1 tablespoon
Butter (melted)
1/2 teaspoon
Salt
1/8 teaspoon
Pepper
1/4
Dried herbs such as:
Dried parsley
Dried chives
And/or dried dill
2 cloves
Garlic
(optional ) Toppings such as:
Ranch dressing
Fresh parsley
Fresh chives
And/or fresh dill
Step by Step Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Combine the radishes, melted butter, dried herbs of choice, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Toss until the radishes are well coated, then spread them out on a 9 by 13 baking pan.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, tossing every 10 minutes. After the first 10 minutes, add the garlic and continue baking.
- Serve with dressing and fresh herbs if desired.
